A design draft is sent in the process for approval. If no response back within 3 days, I will use the design sent to you. Please make sure you are using an active email.
PROCESSING TIME IS 2 WEEKS.
All items are shipped via USPS/UPS. You will receive a tracking number once shipped. Please note, we are not responsible for any shipping delays once in transit.
