If item requires an image printing, then a draft will be provided for approval which will be email the week of your purchase. If you only want basic colors, then you will add the colors in personalization box. If you do not respond within 24 hours, your items will be sent as is. So please provide a valid email address when ordering. Our processing time is 3 weeks. If you need your items sooner, a rush fee will be required.
